What is Bulgur?
Bulgur is cooked like rice and pasta. Duru Bulgur is made from 100% Natural durum wheat and contains no artificial colours or preservatives.

Store in cool and dry place. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight.

Suggested Cooking Method
Duru Plain Bulgur (Can be consumed as rice substitute)
2 cups Duru COARSE Bulgur
8 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cups hot stock (vegetable, chicken, or beef)
2 tsp salt
Place oil in saucepan, add Duru Bulgur and saute for several mins. Stir in stock and salt. Cook over low heat, for 15 mins. Cover and simmer until stock is absorbed. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 20 mins.
