How do I shop/make a purchase
1. On the product page of your desired purchase, set the quantity you want to order
2. After setting the quantity, click the “Add to Cart” button. You may continue selecting other products to your cart or proceed to the “Check Out” page
3. At the “Check Out” page, fill in all the required billing details, and select method of payment to place an order
4. Once we have confirmed the availability of the item, you will receive a confirmation email together with the total price.
As soon as your order has been shipped out, you will receive a way bill number so you may track your order with our chosen courier.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, there is no need to set up an account for you to be able to place an order. Just make sure that once you are on the “Check Out” page, fill in the fields asking for your e-mail address or contact details so we may get in touch with you to confirm your order and details of delivery.
Are all items featured in The Diabetes Store available?
All items featured in The Diabetes Store shopping website are currently in stock. If and when the product/s you purchased are currently out of stock, you will be informed thru the contact details you have provided. Payments will be reimbursed if such circumstances happen.

For Domestic Orders, we accept the following forms of payment:

- Bank Deposit (BPI)
- Cash on Delivery
How do I pay by a Bank Deposit?
We accept bank deposit through BPI
Details of payment via bank are stated in the “Check Out” page
If orders are made thru bank deposit, kindly email a scan or photo of the deposit slip to firstname.lastname@example.org so that your order can be processed. Manual payment orders are reserved for 2 days and are only considered sold once The Diabetes Store has received payment confirmation from the customer.
If after 3 days, payment confirmation has not been received, the order is cancelled and items are released from reservation and made available for sale to other customers.

Who handles Cash-on-Delivery?
Cash-on-Delivery payments are processed by our partner carrier Jam Express. Cash payment is made upon delivery of goods.
How much is the shipping cost?
As for the cost of delivery within Metro Manila, there is automatic fee of added to your bill once you have purchased and proceed to checkout.
What countries does The Diabetes Store ship to?
As of now, The Diabetes Store is only shipping within the Philippines. For questions on international shipping, you may contact us at the details found in our Contact Us page
Does The Diabetes Store ship to multiple addresses?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
How long does the delivery take?
Delivery with in Metro Manila will take 3-5 days upon confirmation of payment. As for delivery outside Metro Manila, it will take 7 days upon courier pick up. This is excluding Sundays and Holidays.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a complete, accurate and a final shipping address for the specified delivery times.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
We can only change or amend your order if the purchases have not been prepared for dispatch. In addition, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed
How will I know if The Diabetes Store received my order and when will payment be deducted
Once we have received your order, The Diabetes Store will send you an email confirming of your purchase/s. PayPal payments are deducted upon order placement.
Items can only be returned because of reasonable conditions such as item was defective upon receipt of shipment.
If any of the above reasons are acceptable to both parties then we will gladly issue a replacement or exchange your items within seven (7) days of purchase.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
How to Return/Exchange
Please inform our store manager of your concern and you would be assisted. You will be charged for the replacement merchandise (applies only if the chosen new merchandise in exchange of the returned one has a higher value). If merchandise returned has the same value as the new merchandise chosen then there is no need for extra payment.
Buy online & drop off returns in our store.
Make sure to bring your invoice. Our store personnel will not be able to process a return or an exchange without an invoice.
